Das Museum Zentrum für verfolgte Künste sucht zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Verwaltungsleiterin/einen Verwaltungsleiter (w/m/div)
Das Zentrum für verfolgte Künste ist ein Museum für Künstlerinnen und Künstler, deren künstlerische Entfaltung durch die Diktaturen des 20. Jahrhunderts und bis in die Gegenwart hinein durch Verfolgung, Gewalt und Terror eingeschränkt, verhindert oder zerstört wurde. Im Zentrum seiner Arbeit steht die „Bürgerstiftung für verfolgte Künste – Else-Lasker-Schüler-Zentrum – Kunstsammlung Gerhard Schneider“. Das Museum widmet sich bildkünstlerischen und literarischen Werken, die die politischen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen zwischen 1914 und 1989 reflektieren. Darüber hinaus bezieht es die darstellenden Künste wie Musik, Film, Theater und Kabarett ein. Getragen von der Klingenstadt Solingen und dem Landschaftsverband Rheinland arbeitet das Zentrum international und kooperiert mit Museen, Universitäten und Bildungseinrichtungen. Es initiiert Forschungsprojekte, veranstaltet Ausstellungen und Tagungen und versteht sich als Ort des Dialogs zwischen Zeitzeuginnen und Zeitzeugen, nachfolgenden Generationen, Wissenschaft und Öffentlichkeit.
Das Museum Zentrum für verfolgte Künste wird als gemeinnützige GmbH geführt. Der Direktor ist zugleich Geschäftsführer. Das Museum beschäftigt derzeit 12 Mitarbeitende.
Die Stelle ist unbefristet in Teilzeit (19 Wochenstunden) zu besetzen.
Durch projektbezogene Fördermittel ist in den Jahren 2027 und 2028 eine temporäre Aufstockung auf eine Vollzeitstelle vorgesehen; eine Fortführung der Aufstockung wird angestrebt.
Ihre Aufgaben
Die Verwaltungsleitung verantwortet unterstützt durch eine Assistenz die zentralen administrativen Abläufe des Hauses, insbesondere:
- die strategische und operative Steuerung sämtlicher Verwaltungsabläufe des Zentrums
- die Verantwortung für Finanzbuchhaltung, Haushaltsplanung, Budgetkontrolle, Controlling und Berichtswesen in enger Abstimmung mit der Steuerberatung
- die Steuerung der Personalverwaltung einschließlich Vertragswesen, Lohnbuchhaltung
- die organisatorische Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Aufsichtsratssitzungen und Gesellschafterversammlungen gemeinsam mit dem Direktor
- administrative Begleitung von Veranstaltungen, wissenschaftlichen Kooperationen und universitären Lehrformaten
- die Betreuung der dem Zentrum verbundenen Stiftungen und Fördervereine sowie die Mitwirkung bei Förderanträgen und Drittmittelprojekten
- die Pflege und der Ausbau institutioneller Kooperationen mit Universitäten, Kunstakademien und weiteren Partnern
Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte betriebswirtschaftliche Kompetenz und verbinden analytische Präzision mit organisatorischer Souveränität.
Sie bringen mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verwaltung, Betriebswirtschaft, Kulturmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in einer Verwaltung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Finanzmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Personalwesen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
- Ausgeprägte Organisationskompetenz
- Souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich EDV und IT
Wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Sponsoring sowie in der Einwerbung von Drittmitteln
